TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

FREIGHT:  All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless previous arrangements have been made. HYBROCO SALES, INC will ship by truck or UPS, whichever is least expensive provided transit times are equal or not a primary concern. Other routing and handling services are available and extra charges will be invoiced to the customer.

RETURNS: Non-standard, non-stock special items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.  In stock items may be returned with prior approval and freight prepaid. A credit will be issued with a minimum restocking charge of 15% on standard items.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. Material will be invoiced at the price in effect at time of shipment.  A service fee of 10% may be added for less than standard container quantities.
